Benóla Crystale can almost guarantee that you will love what you have ordered however, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. Knowing this, we try to ensure that you get the best customer service when returning your purchase. 

In order to make a return for a refund or exchange, please read the following instructions carefully:


items returned to us must be in their original condition – in event that they are not, we may be unable to accept them.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you or direct delay with shipping agency.

Shipping and Handling

(Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.)


When trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Washing and Handling: Items can only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box. Please do not wash to restore to original condition after wearing.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned - goods that have been made according to your specifications or personalized to suit certain needs will not receive a refund. Refunds and returns will  be accepted if items are received defective or not similar to items advertised.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

After Approval - A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Status

If there is a delay in your refund or you have not received your funds within 7 business days, please consult your bank, verify processing times and check for any pending transactions from our company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We accept exchanges only If your item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a different item upon receipt of the returned item.

Please provide photo proof that the item was defective or damaged upon receipt before any exchange can be made.
